Our range of artisan, gourmet Italian pasta is manufactured by Pastificio Venturino, using classic home-made recipes from many decades of tradition. Typically associated with the cuisine in central and southern Italy, Rigatoni is a tube shaped pasta that can sometimes have a slight curve to it. The name of the pasta is derived from the Italian word “rigato” which means rigid or lined. Due to the shape of this pasta, it can easily be used with hearty vegetables sauces, ragu, bolognese as well as baked pasta dishes.
