Use and Care
- Before first use, wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Use on low to medium heat for best cooking results and to help preserve the stainless steel finish.
- Always match the roaster base to a suitably sized cooktop zone, especially when using induction.
- Use oven mitts or heat-resistant gloves when handling, as stainless steel surfaces and handles may become hot during use.
- Allow cookware to cool before washing. Do not place a hot roaster directly into cold water.
- For everyday cleaning, wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge or place in the dishwasher.
- To remove stubborn food residue, soak in warm soapy water before cleaning.
- Avoid harsh scourers or abrasive cleaners that may scratch the stainless steel surface.
- Dry thoroughly after washing to help maintain shine and minimise water spots.
