Lower the tool under and around the Poachod® to lift if from the counter, then lower the PoachPod® into the water and remove the lift. After poaching, use the lift to remove the PoachPod® from the water. If needed, run the spoon end of the lift along the top edge of the egg to help release it from the PoachPod®. Serve and enjoy!
