Cook the perfect meat with the AcuRite Digital Instant Read Thermometer, which comes with a convenient protective pocket sheath with clip.
Press power to turn the thermometer on and select to measure in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat to test temperature. Temperature will stabilise in around 10-15 seconds.
