A sweet coffee with flavours of hazelnut and caramel, medium bodied with a smooth finish.
A blend of estate grown Brazil, Colombian, PNG and Indian Coffees. This blend is based on the one I put together for my café when I started roasting in 1999. It’s an Italian style coffee emulating the coffee which first made such an impression on me back in the early nineties.
Winner of 2013 and 2012 Royal Sydney Fine Food Show Silver and Bronze medals and Golden Bean Medal winner.
